The
TORO Properties Group uses its proprietary processes and disciplines
in the property management and repositioning of its multi-family
properties with Brent Sobol being the responsible managing partner
in these areas. TORO currently manages properties it owns and is
not involved in the management of properties for third parties.
TORO’s proprietary process consists of the following three phases, which commence upon the acquisition of a property:
Phase 1: Assessment and Planning
Phase 2: Improvement and Repositioning
Phase 3: Stabilization and Maximization
The TORO Properties Group prepares a comprehensive plan for each of the respective phases during the due diligence process prior to the acquisition of a property. This plan includes detailed scope, staffing and budget components, which are all prepared in advance of the transition of the ownership and management of a property. This approach allows TORO to start the execution of its property management plan on the day of the closing of a multi-family property.
TORO uses an integrated technology system in its property management, which combines both accounting/financial and operating aspects of the property management business. This system is configured as a hosted application and as such, it is continuously updated. It is flexible, intuitive and easy to use for all of TORO’s staff in property management and administration.
